Thank you for your interest in volunteering to donate your time to help serve the Gatlinburg area and surrounding communities.
Join Appalachia Service Project, in partnership with Mountain Tough Recovery Team, United Methodist Holston Conference, and Volunteer East Tennessee, to kick off the rebuild efforts for those who lost their homes in the Sevier County wildfires. Volunteers will spend the day framing walls that will be used to rebuild local homes.
Sign up here to reserve your spot for the Community Build Day. Registration is limited to the first 200 volunteers.
Volunteer East Tennessee, in partnership with Sevier County, has opened a Volunteer Reception Center to connect volunteers to volunteer opportunities. Through the Volunteer Reception Center, volunteers are registered in a secure and efficient manner to connect with the long-term disaster recovery opportunities.
It’s extremely important that you register to volunteer in the area. This way, we know how many volunteers are needed and which locations need the most help.
Any and all volunteers will be directed through the Volunteer Reception Center. You can visit this center to register to volunteer and be directed to your volunteer location. Of course, walk-in volunteers are welcome any time of day.
