The generous donations to Mountain Tough have exceeded our expectations, and we have reached the limit on physical contributions. As we continue to distribute the clothes, food, and toiletry products you have so kindly given, we ask that moving forward, if you would like to assist, please do so by making a monetary donation through www.mountaintough.org/give/.
The donation center at the Sevier County Fairgrounds will be open on Saturday, April 9, and Sunday, April 10, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. for those needing help due to the fires. Sunday, April 10, will be the last day of operations for the donation center. All remaining donated items will be given to local community resource agencies, specifically to assist those displaced by the wildfires.

For those wishing to help our friends and neighbors who have been affected by the Sevier County 2022 Wildfires, here are options for monetary donations:

Animal Care Donations
Donations of pet food will be accepted and distributed at Sevier Animal Care Center starting immediately. Additionally, Sevier Animal Care Center will be available to assist with displaced pets.
Sevier Animal Care Center is the local 501(c)3 non-profit, government-run animal shelter that serves Sevierville, Sevier County, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
Donations will ONLY be accepted and distributed during the hours of operation below:

Other donation needs include: large dog crates, bottled water for volunteers and non-rawhide chew bones. You can also view and purchase items from their Amazon or Chewy wishlists, or make monetary donations.
